Payment Compliance Notice: In accordance with Philippine regulations, phwen does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the phwen platform.

phwen does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phwen reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Upon termination for breach, phwen reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not connected to any breach will be returned to you following the completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
